1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the wim63 website, mobile interface, or associated gaming services, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published from time to time. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements or representations, whether oral or written, relating to your use of the wim63 platform.

wim63 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with wim63, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party for the purpose of gambling.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wim63 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with all accounts concerned.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. wim63 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to adequately safeguard your login details. You must notify wim63 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, wim63 may request the submission of identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

wim63 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing limits are as posted on the payments page, which may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the payment method selected. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 2–30 minutes subject to verification status. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. wim63 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that exceed applicable thresholds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the wim63 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. wim63 shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wim63 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, subject to the following general terms. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions that supplement but do not override this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have accepted the applicable offer during the stated promotion period.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• wim63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements remain unaffected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per player, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must not be transferred, assigned, or otherwise dealt with outside of the wim63 platform.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, and exploitation of software errors, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the wim63 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, wim63 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. wim63 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from bona fide technical errors. Game rules specific to individual titles are accessible within each game interface and form part of this Agreement by reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wim63 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and tournaments.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or games for financial gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Impersonating any wim63 employee, representative, or other player.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wim63 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, trademarks, game graphics, text, audio, and software ("wim63 Content"), is the exclusive property of wim63 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wim63 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from any wim63 Content without obtaining prior written authorization from wim63. Unauthorized use of wim63 Content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wim63 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the wim63 platform.

wim63's total aggregate liability to any player shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their wim63 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

wim63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players across the Philippines. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem. The following tools and resources are available to all registered wim63 members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after predetermined gaming session durations.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying time spent and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the wim63 platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming without full account closure.

Players who are concerned about their own or another person's gambling behavior are encouraged to seek support from recognized organizations. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a source of income.

11 Suspension & Termination

wim63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable game-specific rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to comply with verification or document submission requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or court orders requiring suspension or termination.

Upon account termination, wim63 will return any verified withdrawable balance to the player via their registered payment method, after deducting any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings, and amounts subject to investigation. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wim63 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to wim63's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of escalation, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the Philippines. Players located in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or other Philippine regions retain all statutory rights available under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

13 Amendments to These Terms

wim63 may update, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the wim63 website. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the revision notice.

Your continued use of the wim63 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
